I'm a food journalist specializing in wine. I went to dinner today to regret it. The place had almost no people. Two tables, with 2 people each. The waitress immediately offered the executive menu, as that was all they were serving. We chose the dishes and I was offered red wine. I asked about the grapes and the hard-working waiter said he didn't know, the chef was next door and said GRAPES COMING FROM PORTUGAL IS WHAT WE HAVE. I ordered the bottle, the wine was ok, I requested it. Bad starters arrive. Thin green broth, carrot broth filled with cream. The main ones, cod ok, although salty and the sea rice absurdly full of tomato paste. Inedible. Dessert was the cold, soggy custard tart and bakery chocolate mousse. Good, the wine. But the worst comes now. On Google, the house closes at 11pm. It was 10pm we were starting the main course they turned everything off waiters SCREAMING for the kitchen to leave. We ate and quickly asked for the bill, but there was an event in Morumbi and the Uber, 99 and taxi would take longer. Very grumpy waiters asking us to go quickly...away. I heard they are moving to Campo Belo. Those who disappear there will be ZERO missed. We don't need a rude Portuguese chef around here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Indeed, for a gastronomy journalist, you would need to evaluate your own text. The chef has no nationality but his "Portuguese" is typical of prejudiced people. …Indeed, for a gastronomy journalist, you would need to evaluate your own text. The chef has no nationality but his "Portuguese" is typical of prejudiced people. Your assessment could be constructive if you wanted, but it is full of mistakes and ill will as well as inaccuracies. As you don't need a chef, I don't need a journalist either. Be happy and deal with this bitterness. No one was rude to you and practice empathy, talk, help with your enormous critical capacity. The world will be better and then there would be no need to distill so much poison. More
