When it comes to waiting for breakfast around Kobe Station, for me it's either Komeda Coffee or Kono Cascard. In winter, I often use Cascade because it is warmer. For the morning meal itself, Komeda Coffee has the upper hand, but there are many cases where you have to line up, so it's a 50/50 split.
