Most of the food was mediocre and not worth returning for. The server was barely present so we were not able to tell him that the meatballs came very hard until far after the food arrived. They definitely would not have known I made a reservation for a birthday unless I had told them verbally. The live music is fun but very loud so don't expect to be able to have conversations at the table. Feels like a tourist trap. Also when you pay, the machine automatically selects 20% tip for you. Save your time and money. There are plenty of more casual restaurants with better food and attentive service on the same street as Cascal.
