I ordered a breakfast pizza on the app. Waited for ten minutes and went to pick it up. Go in there and ask about my pizza, only for the guy to tell me that they can't make it because they don't have egg. I understand that places run out of ingredients, but why would the store not have called me to tell me before I drove to pick it up. I ask if I can get a refund, and the guy at the food counter tells me that I need to submit it online since I ordered through the app. There is no apology or anything for the inconvenience; just a "not my problem" kind of thing. I get on the app to request a refund, but the app says that refunds have to be done directly in the store. I go back in and talk with a different person who tells me that the refund has to be done in the kitchen. I inform her that the guy in the kitchen just told me that he can't do it. She writes down my number and says that the manager will have to get back to me. I ask if they can just transfer the order to a different Casey's or something. They do not know. Again, no apologies for the inconvenience or lack of knowledge. Very frustrating. And now I am out all of my Casey's cash that I used to pay for the order. Not impressed. All of this could have been different if I had been called after placing the order. They had 15 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I showed up. They did not try to call me at all during that time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
