How many Casey's employees does it take to put some pizza in the case at lunch time? More than they can muster, apparently. Dont bother coming here for on break unless you want to waste your entire lunch waiting around for food. Hopefully this location will be a Kwik Trip sooner than later.

Walked in on Friday Feb 23 because my app wasn’t working to order ahead of time. The young guy told me about 15 min wait I was ok with that because I was a walk in. I ordered 3 gluten-free pizza. About 5 minutes later he came and said I just got an order for 8 regular pizza is it ok if I knock them out quick and then I will clean up for your pizza’s. We understand that cross contamination is always a risk but the Casey pizza is worth the risk. But I’m glad this young man was aware enough to take the time to clean up the prep are enough to avoid it as much as possible. The total wait was about thirty minutes but again for him to think of what I ordered and be aware of it was much appreciated Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 4 pizzas on our way to a Christmas party. When we got there we were told we already picked up, they gave our food to someone else. So we were told it would be 20 minutes to remake our food and that they didn't know how to give us a refund, so they would give us a credit. 30 minutes later we had our pizzas and arrived late to our Christmas party. The pizza was good, however. Thought we would give it another try tonight and there was no credit on our account. We called and they said the manager (who was on duty that night and promised us the credit) hadn't entered it and there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. I've worked retail and fast food before and this would have never been acceptable service. Food: 1 Service: 1
