Manager Casey demonstrated an utterly unacceptable lapse in professional conduct by engaging in a private conversation while simultaneously attempting to operate the register. Preoccupied with a rambling discussion about some "fool" who supposedly desires to be an empty nester but "keeps coming back," Casey was so thoroughly distracted that the crucial bonus point program was completely overlooked, directly disadvantaging the customer. This blatant disregard for immediate responsibilities, coupled with the highly inappropriate and personal subject matter, reveals a profound absence of focus and dedication to professional decorum. Such flagrant unprofessionalism not only undermines the efficiency of service but also significantly detracts from the overall customer experience and the integrity of the business.

Gabriel and Alexander, I can’t thank you enough for all the support you gave my wife and I while trying to get our fishing licenses. We ran into a problem with the DNR messing up my fishing license, and it was incredibly frustrating. You both were not only kind but also patient as I worked through the issue. Your efforts really went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate everything you did to make the experience better. We may have only caught one fish, but the trip was unforgettable thanks to you.
