I have been a long time satisfied customer of Casey's until last night. I always found their employees so friendly. The employee last night was so frustrated when I went to use my rewards. She said she had a line. I told her to take care of her line and I would wait. When no one was left she got even more frustrated because the rewards didn't work. I told her maybe if we cancel it and try again. So, she did and it cashed out, whatever that means, and that is when she got hostile with me. She is a new employee and didn't know how to handle either. I wanted to use my rewards to pay, so I stayed patient and thought to myself she is just having a bad day. She told me I had to pay with cash for my gas or is would be theft. I had not even touched the pump. Her tone of voice and body language was hostile. I told her to call the police. She repeated herself after I said ask if there was anyone who could help figure it out. She got even more hostile. I ask for a manager or suggested we call another store for assistance. She called her manager to say a lady prepaid gas and refused to pay is that theft and the manager said yes. She didnt mention the rewards, so at this point I raised my voice to mention the rewards and ask to speak to the manager. The employee tossed the phone at me. Before I could get out about the rewards the manager went off on me. I can not believe how unprofessional, rude and down right mean she was towards me before she knew anythg. She said I was an inconvenience that she is spending time with her family and I was interrupting that. She said it was theft. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. I asked when she would be working (so I could have her help me with the rewards) she refused to tell me. She told me to leave the property. So I left. Now I had never used my rewards before after many years. I had a lot when I barely put in my number. I was so excited to find out about the Casey Cash or gas the week before that I told everyone to go there and sign up. After my experience last night I will never go there again and I also am telling everyone I know what happened to me. It was not okay for her and the manager to treat me as they did. I was a long time customer who they have definitely lost after talking to customer support at corporate and Justin the district manager. I pray that no body will ever be treated the way I was at Casey's.

Not smart enough to not confirm an order when they can't make it and too lazy to call doordash support themselves to fix the issue

Mad I ordered a pizza late idk. regardless it was disgusting it was loaded with sausage egg and cheese and wasn’t anywhere near cooked
