I tried to order online; but everything I tried to order said it was out of stock. I called and got a very nice, polite gentleman that explained due to a special promotion they were out of stock on some stuff. I ordered extra pizza sauce, I wanted to pay for it, he told me he didn't know how to charge for it. I figured we could deal with that when I got there. He ordered the pizza for me, my husband picked it up and we were not given the special deal as advertised. The cashier told him we weren't eligible for the deal because we ordered online...the deal was online! The cashier went as far as trying to get him to order a different kind of pizza for that special. I called the store to inquire as to why we were charged full price; the person in charge said he didn't know why we did not get the deal? He was very quick to try and remedy the situation by giving us more pizza. I just wanted to know what I had done incorrectly so i could get the deal next time, or so his employee could learn from the situation. He just kept telling me how he could make it right. I finally agreed to a refund but then he told me due to my husband paying cash he couldn't refund our money but we could come get more pizza. My husband did not pay cash and we do not live in town so driving back would not be beneficial. I really just wanted them to figure out what happened so I would know for next time, or so they could learn from their mistakes. The pizza was good even without the extra sauce. It's ok to make mistakes if you learn from them! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered an ultimate Hawaiian pizza and they forgot to put pineapple on it! Do better! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten free crust.
