My wife went to Casey's to get some gas in her Van. She clicked it on and got in the car to keep an eye on our children. A customer comes running and waiving at her. The Pump Handle never clicked off once full.. As they are designed to do. It was overflowing all over the side of the van and the parking lot. Karri (Assistant Manager) at Briarbrook Casey's in Carl Junction Missouri then tells my Wife that it must have been her fault. Then refused to Refund any of the gas from their equipment malfunctioning. So their gas pump messed up putting my Wife and both of my Small Children in Danger with gasoline everywhere. Then instead of attempting to make it right, at least financially.. She blames my wife for the situation and attempts to guilt her over the fact they are going to call the fire department. Thanks Caseys.
