I called and placed an order at 5:57 and was told it’d be ready at 6:43 I get to the store at 6:45 and I’m told they only have one of my pizza’s ready and just now starting the other two. Why tell me my food will be ready at 6:43 but when I get there I have to wait another 30 minutes

[on 1-31-2026] I ordered a pizza online for delivery. The delivery itself was good. The pizza? Wait was way too long [promised 40mins took over 65mins--when the deliver driver arrived at the 35mins mark, they had not even started my order]. Then when delivered, it was not what I ordered, and so greasy it soaked the box all the way through. The delivery driver shouldn't have to check the pizza to make sure it's correct. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage. Normal tomato sauce and cheese. What I received was a thin crust pepperoni with some weird sweet sauce. And when I went to call, I was hung up on. FIVE times in half an hour. I'm done with this Casey's. Too many errors, too many times I've ordered, been promised a dime and not been done. There are way too many options for pizza in this town for them to be subpar and still in business Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
