Don’t ever order a pizza in the evening! Especially if your hungry! On 3 different occasions we have ordered pizza & breadsticks. We place the order, they ask for your phone number and they verify that it is you, they give you your total and tell you when it will be done and then you go to pick up your order and they tell you they never received an order from you. Really??? And then they ask if I placed the order online! I called back and talked to the same guy who took my order and he tries to tell me he never talked to me! This is the 3rd time this has happened to us! (I have been told by other people that this has happened to them also! Totally unacceptable! This is bad business! 3 strikes and your out Casey’s! You need to screen your employees better and maybe get an evening manager!
