Soda fountain was down and in the bathrooms were napkins for drying your hands plus it just seemed disorganized throughout the store!

Cashiers can be helpful but pizza makers can be very slow I heard 1 pizza maker say she didn't like green peppers so she wasn't going to put them on persons pizza an the pizza manager her husband said don't worry if they complain I'll tell them we're out of green peppers Why give customers a choice of toppings if their not going to make the pizza the way customers want their pizza Honestly if I was ordering I'd order from either Charleston store or the new one by the hospital Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Restrooms were in a horrible condition in the morning about 9:30a.m., when we made our pit stop and purchased beverages. The toilets, floors, and sink were all dirty and no towels. Stopped again that afternoon about 3:20 and everything was worse. Worst Casey's by far!
