Whoever the older lady on 3rd shift is that works the kitchen. Is rude and hateful. If she doesnt like her job she should find another one. This isn't the first experience we have had with her being mad we placed a order at 1 am. Some people work 2nd shift Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped in around 7:45 am on the 16th of may and got breakfast sandwiches for my wife and I both the biscuit and croissant we had was cold and the sausage and bacon was warm not even hot

I’ve been a regular at this Casey's for over a year, stopping in at least 4 times a week for gas, pizza, snacks since I moved to Metamora. Every single time a particular attendant is behind the counter she has ruined every single visit with her unbelievably rude attitude and zero customer service skills. Anytime she is there when I walk in, it’s the same thing: no greeting, no eye contact, just an annoyed sigh like I’m interrupting her personal time. She's consistently nasty, slow, and completely unwilling to do the bare minimum of her job. She'll talk to customers and other employees about her personal life on a regularly basis ignoring people waiting in line. She'll text on her phone while you're asking her for a bag and completely ignore you. She'll text on her phone sometimes during the entire transaction and not once make eye contact. On numerous occasions I, as a customer greeted her, said hello and have a nice day, and SHE SAID NOTHING EVERY SINGLE TIME. This person is extremely rude and has absolutely no place as a cashier or in any job that deals with the public. If you value basic politeness while you’re pumping gas or buying a drink, skip this location entirely. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any gas station, and I’ve had it on repeat for months. Do not recommend. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
