I’ve been to this Casey’s location about four different times while DoorDashing, and each time I’ve had an interaction with Jessica at the front counter. Unfortunately, every experience has been the same. I’m the type of person who speaks when I walk into a business. Even when someone doesn’t acknowledge me first, I’ll still say “Hi, how are you?” and try to be polite. Jessica never responds, never greets customers, and honestly makes the environment feel cold and unwelcoming. This specific experience happened on May 25 around 1:35–1:40 in the morning. I came in because I needed gas. Jessica was sitting on her phone, so at first I thought maybe she was just finishing what she was doing before helping me. But she never acknowledged me at all. I ended up walking to the back and speaking to the employees making the pizza instead. After that, I went back to the counter and politely told her that her customer service could be a lot better. Only then did she finally ask, “What do you need?” I told her I needed gas, and she asked what pump I was on. She comes across as very uninterested in customers and not welcoming at all. There’s no greeting, no friendliness, no eye contact, and no effort to make customers feel comfortable or appreciated. I know that’s not what Casey’s stands for, which is why I felt the need to leave this review. I do want to say something positive about the employees working in the back making the pizza. They were very kind, attentive, and helpful. They greeted customers, asked people what they needed, and brought a much warmer and happier energy to the store. They were the complete opposite of the experience I had at the front counter, and I really appreciated their attitude and professionalism.

This is by far the single worst Casey's in town. In general the brand has gone downhill over recent years, but this one has been exacerbated. Nothing is ever in stock, the stores constantly a mess, they hardly have food produced for common Rush periods. I try to avoid this store in particular like the plague. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
