Report incorrect information
I tried again today. I was told the order would be ready about 6:43pm. (Order places at 6:21pm) I show up and wait. Was told it’s not ready just yet. So I buy some drinks and wait some more. I was then offered a drink while I wait, but I jus purchased some. He then says, oh you already paid online. I think he was trying to think of things to do to make my time go by faster too. Which I appreciate. I run the drinks out to my car to have more time pass. Finally at 7:01pm I am given my order. 40 minutes! So I double check my order and notice I’m missing the cheese sauce. I ask nicely for the cheese sauce. They say what cheese sauce? I said for the breadsticks. They say oh we just have marinara. I said well online it has two options. I choose the cheese sauce and it charged me an extra $0.50 for it. She then says, oh I thought that charge was just a mistake, I’ve never thought of cheese sauce with breadsticks before. *BIG ISSUE* so not only were they not going to give me the cheese sauce, BUT they saw the charge, thought it was a mistake and wasn’t going to offer a refund. (I get that it’s only $0.50, but just think of how many people this must happen to who just say oh well. I’ll check for the sauce next time.) She then gets me a cup of COLD cheese sauce. Whatever, I’ll heat it up myself at home. If you don’t want to offer cheese sauce, that’s fine. Then take it off as an option or refund the charges and explain that to your customers.
As I go to leave another guy said did you pay online? I said yes and went to walk out the door. He said I need to see your receipt. I show him and as he’s studying it I say I’ve already been here and extra 30 minutes. He then apologizes and gives me my receipt back....
I guess I’ll have to start using the other Casey’s in town...
