A lot of guests point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked pizza here. Food delivery is a big benefit of this pizzeria. Most people note that the staff is gracious here. A number of reviewers have noticed that the service is good. The Casey's atmosphere can seem uncomfortable to some visitors. This place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Ordered from the Casey's website, Doordash delivery. Ordered full size bags of chips but got individual size, a difference of about $5/bag. I called Doordash and they offered to redeliver the correct items. Got a text message saying they were coming, then a second message saying the delivery was cancelled and to call the store for explanation. Called the store and the clerk said Doordash wants them to replace the whole order, and they "don't do that." Asked about a refund for the difference and clerk said manager would call the next day. No food, no money, still waiting for the call. Last time, they substituted several cheaper items and left some out. Still waiting for that manager call/refund, too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50
