Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked pizza. The only thing that disappoints when you visit this pizzeria is the downscale staff. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Users leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is disgusting. Casey's is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

This is in regards to the one in Hamilton on Water Tower road. I have called customer service over this location before and they assured me that they would take care of the issues but I stopped in there last night and it looks worse than before. I did get greeted by the employees who were sitting in the office doing nothing. There was spelt coffee and trash on the floor. Empty shelves I didn't take photos of the main floor but I did take photos of the ladies room. The store was in the same condition. As a shareholder, this is extremely upsetting to me, especially since this is a newer store and it is in a high traffic area. Its presentation represents ALL the Casey's and it is suggesting to think the people there don't care. On the flip side, the Casey's in Trenton is WONDERFUL! The people there take great pride in their store. The shelves are always fronted and there's always quick service with well-groomed employees. Bathrooms are always clean. Back to the store at hand, I believe corporate needs to send a mystery shopper in and then clean house. Fire everyone of them and get a crew that wants to work. It's apparent those toilets haven't been cleaned in a long time. I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 pizzas, pulled up the directions/address numerous times and it lead us to some No Outlet back road. Didn't even get our food we were so frustrated. Please update your address, it's disappointing and a waste of time.
