Horrible service tonight 6/20/2026 bathrooms were not clean and service from register attendees were poor. Told me hates when people come to check out 5 minutes before close had drawer counted down completely and was rude. Emailing corporate about this matter. Customer service should be professional regardless if someone comes in an hour before close or 5 minutes before close. Won’t be going here again!!!wouldn’t recommend stopping.

I have given this Casey's multiple chances because it's new. The pizza was not being cooked correctly at first but it has been fixed. The big problem now is never labeling the pizza with the flavor or the time it expires. Is it pork or beef? Is it 3 hours expired or fresh? Who is to know? I've bought a couple of slices now without knowing the time on them & both times have been incredibly old. It's gross & impedes on people's dietary/religious food restrictions. Food: 2
