What a dump. One fuel pump working. Tested like a criminal while trying to spend over $1000. Makes it very difficult to want to continue doing business at Casey's in general.

If you’re getting diesel here, be aware that their fueling system works differently from most places, and it can be confusing. When you arrive at the pump, first make sure the previous driver has already completed their payment. After that, pull up to the pump and note the pump number. Then go inside and give the cashier your fuel card so they can activate the pump for you. Once they turn it on, go back outside, select “pay inside” at the pump, and fill up as much diesel as you need. After fueling, you have to go back inside again, let them know you’re finished, pay for the amount you pumped, and collect your receipt. The problem I had today was that the cashier did not explain the process clearly, which caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth. I ended up wasting 45 minutes for no reason and even had an argument because the instructions were not properly explained. I’m leaving this review so other truck drivers can understand the process ahead of time and avoid wasting their time. Service: 1
