Some of the worst service I've ever received in a gas station I placed an online order I drove 30 minutes to pick it up when I arrived I was told by the employee that they were the only one working and they couldn't take online orders but they still had the kiosk on so they wouldn't get in trouble I then spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of Casey's corporate to get a refund. If you can do business anywhere else you should if you must do it here call in advance and make sure they're actually going to do what you paid them to do. Obviously you all do not strive for excellence at that location got eye drops this morning tag on the shelf said $6.99 they rang up $7.99 told the little cashier guy that hey man that ain't the right price and he replies with whatever rings up is what it cost so after trying to give this location another chance I'll bypass it to go elsewhere from now on Down hill since Baylee left!!! Plus they are robbing you 3 cents at a time!!!!!!!! if you're going to continue to rob people of their hard earned money adjust your prices to compensate for the lack of the penny! Been coming here every morning for 5 years now never go anywhere else but today will be the last I'm not willing to continue to line your pocket 3 cents at a time! Just from me it's 109 dollars in free money for this place a year just imagine how many people they are doing this way Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was an older guy working the register on the night of the February 23rd. I get there's not a lot going on. Came in and got a six pack with a Dr pepper and a slice. I had to suggest it might be a good idea to put things in a bag. I almost thought the guy was going to ask me to do it but he did. Put that Dr pepper in the bottom and struggled to put my six pack in it. Just a suggestion. While that six pack is on the counter, put that bag over top of it and turn it upside down. . Easier to get it in. Then when I put it in my fridge I turn it upside down and it'll sit right side up and I can remove the plastic bag.
