I just called this store at 5 pm on January 11th 2025. "Donovan" your so called kitchen manager is a joke. He was rude and disrespectful off of the bat. I wanted to order a pizza but after he answered yelling at someone else and snapped "caseys on east washington" I asked for a manager to speak to someone more respectful. He said "I'm speaking." I asked for his name, he responded snidely Donovan. As a Casey's employee I expect correct customer service when I attempt to call a store in my district that isn't my store. He was nothing but rude and his tone was absolutely disgusting. Do better. If this is how he was on the phone to me, I can only imagine how he must make your customers who come there regularly feel. DO BETTER WASHINGTON. This made sure my family will NEVER order from this store until he is respectful or no longer there. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
