Which could affect the temperature of your food.bare in mind, its 2 degrees Celsius outside (freezing cold) You mentioned that the saveloys were full of water and lacking flavour. We do indeed keep the saveloys in water, but we purposely do not keep them in high temperature as this melts away the saveloys skin. You’ve stated that you have re-heated them in the airfryer, which i think made matters worse. What you should’ve done was to put them into hot water. In terms of taste, i’ve gone and tested a saveloy from the same batch, and it was absolutely fine. I think I am going to have to disagree with your review. Our saveloys are beef, perhaps you are used to eating pork ones. I dont know ‍ I do think its a unfair review. Especially because you spoke to one our youngest members (an apprentice), only 16 years old. I think you and everyone should give a chance to everyone. Negative reviews like this do nothing but bad for small hard working businesses. You should’ve spoken to me, the manager, rather than hanging up the phone and I would’ve told you x y z… Anyhow, again i am sorry that you didn’t enjoy the meal. But I must say, that a small negative experience is not enough to judge us as a whole. More
