Cassis has truly transformed for the better, with a delicious new menu. Everything I’ve tried here in Pucón, Santiago, and Viña Del Mar has been perfect. I love it and will definitely keep coming back. Try Mega Keto omelette! Update: remove Desayuno Chileno and Desayuno Americano from the menu - it’s poor and killing your image and leave nothing but disappointment. Eggs with 1 tiny piece of bacon that looks like it saw Pinochet - is not what you want to satisfy your customers Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10,000–15,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a Nutella croissant and a vanilla coffee. I got the croissant and not the coffee. I tried to catch a waiter while I was eating the croissant but it was impossible. There was a relatively large team but everyone was in a tense atmosphere and I felt like they were only busy at the big tables and forgot about the small tables they had. When they took my bill they automatically included a tip even though to tell the truth there was nothing to tip for. I didn’t get any service. It sucks because the chain itself is good when I’ve been in other cities but I didn’t enjoy it here specifically Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $5,000–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Today I bought small portions of lemon pai in Cassis Pucon, 4,600 each and they assured me that they were fresh from the day. It seemed strange to me that they would take them from a plate where there were many remains of different cakes but one places trust in these places. At home I just tried it and it is the oldest thing I have ever tasted in my life. I will go to write a complaint personally.
