Dinner at Brasserie Del Castel was a night we won’t forget. The rib eye steak alone is worth the trip, cooked flawlessly and the best I’ve had anywhere, period. The escargot was right there with it, buttery and perfectly done in every way. Two dishes that set the bar for everything else we ate in Paris. We capped it off with a crème brûlée that was spot on, exactly what you want after a meal like that. Our server Idrissa guided us to every one of these choices and couldn’t have been more on point. Knowledgeable, genuine, and made the whole night feel special. If you’re in Paris and want a meal you’ll still be talking about when you get home, this is the place..
