An idyllic setting at the foot of the castle and facing the sea. Everything is there to enjoy high-quality bistronomic Mediterranean cuisine. The staff is welcoming. When the quality, welcome and panorama are there, all you have to do is let yourself be carried away. If Castel beach is the most beautiful, the largest, the most chic, the best located and the most artistic (exhibition of works by famous artists like Ben or Moya), Le Castel is also a top beach restaurant level. Friendly but stylish service, chef's cuisine (always the same for several years) semi-gastronomic but at the same time beautiful generous portions. Everything is excellent (meat and fish), with choice and lightness - very pleasant in summer weather! Without forgetting the warm welcome from the boss, Ali the Magnificent, today assisted by his family (brother, daughter, son, etc.) who are all equally welcoming and professional!! Where to start! This place absolutely rocked it. From the courteous staff in the morning that welcomed us and helped us select our seats to the excellent wine list and incredible menu, thank you Castel Plage for a truly memorable experience. Tucked into a nook on the eastern most point on the coastline it is perfect for a quiet and shaded (if you would like) Riviera experience with a gorgeous view of the entire beach. Our server was George and he is one of the hardest workers I’ve encountered. He always checked in on us, brought things we ordered in great time and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The pasta is divine. The seafood exquisite. The ambiance perfection. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I’m in Nice. Bravo!
