This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Guests of Trattoria Castel dell'Ovo say that they found prices reasonable. It's always good to experience something new and enjoy the nice atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Unsympathetic staff, when asked to open an umbrella or move into the shade they treated us as if we had asked them who knows what, responding in an arrogant and presumptuous way. If I had to recommend it to anyone, not even the person I hate the most. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Walked past and a man asked if we wanted drinks, we said no. Walked past 5 mins later and he called my partner a very offensive derogatory term in english (google won’t allow me to post what was said). Boycott this place, not acceptable, he should be sacked. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
