Castelio was one of the highlights of our time in Sivota. It's located just off the busy tourist alley by the port, making it the perfect spot if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere without being far from the waterfront. The service was outstanding. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to chat with us, shared a few jokes, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. As a lovely surprise, they even treated us to a delicious dessert that we hadn't ordered. The food was absolutely delicious. The kolokithokeftedes (zucchini fritters) were excellent—I love this dish, and these were among the best I've had. The grilled octopus was another standout. Unlike many restaurants that serve just a single tentacle, the portion here was much more generous, making it excellent value as well as incredibly tasty. The tzatziki was fresh and flavorful, and honestly, everything we tried was fantastic. If you're visiting Sivota, I highly recommend Castelio. Great food, exceptional hospitality, generous portions, and a relaxed setting make it a place we'll definitely return to. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–15

Great restaurant with fresh seafood! Very transparent about what was not fresh from the day. We ordered the sardines and octopus salad as apetizers and the lamb as a main and it was delicious :) Even though it was packed we got served timely. Only thing we waited for was the bill and we got complimentary dessert Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30

Amazing food and friendly staff. We had the lamb, mussels spaghetti, fried shrimp and squid and everything was great! I definitely recommend this restaurant. Plus the complementary home-made desert was out of this world.
