By far, this was THE best meal that we had in the area. Similar dishes as other restaurants we visited in the area, but this is the place with the best execution. Come equipped with a minimal concept of ordering in Italian and the rhythm of ordering here (antipasto, pasta, meat, coffee/Amaro/dessert) and you will be rewarded with food that is correct and indicative of the region. The service is amazing. The food is perfection. The price is low for the high high quality. If Ristorante Castello is 30 minutes out of your way up windy mountain roads, it's still totally worth it.
