Unfortunately I have to give a bad review because I took sushi and rolls with soy spaghetti and steamed ravioli to take away and inside the ravioli and sushi we found hair and it was the worst thing in the world, especially finding it in your mouth. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The Castello Nuovo, once renowned for its Chinese cuisine, has undergone a transformation which unfortunately has brought no improvements. My recent visit was a disappointment on multiple fronts. Presence of midges. The menu, now focused on sushi, promises a Sino-Japanese fusion that it fails to deliver. The sushi served had several problems: the rice was soft, compromising the basic structure of the dish. Some pieces were overly spicy, covering the delicate flavor of the fish rather than enhancing it. The overall quality of the food was surprisingly low, comparable to that of a cheap all-you-can-eat restaurant, but with high-end restaurant prices. This imbalance between cost and quality is particularly disappointing. The online customer service left a lot to be desired. On one occasion, when the order arrived incorrectly, staff refused to correct it, showing a lack of professionalism and customer care. In conclusion, Castello Nuovo seems to have lost its identity in the attempt to reinvent itself as a sushi restaurant. The result is a confusing hybrid that does neither Chinese nor Japanese cuisine justice. The high prices are completely unjustified considering the quality offered. With great regret, especially remembering the good reputation it enjoyed in the past, I can only advise against the Castello Nuovo. For those looking for quality authentic Asian cuisine, there are definitely better options in the city. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
