The caravan site is cheap ish so don't expect much. The toilet block looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week, no toilet paper and bins overflowing. Booked a table over the phone only to be told on arrival in the bar that they don't do food on a Tuesday. Had a couple of drinks then went to the bar around 9pm to order another round to be told the bar is closed. No call for last orders!

Visited the Castle Inn Country Pub for a comedy night. Hasn’t been in the area before however driving through villages was lovely. Pub was small but great atmosphere Service: 5

Very disappointing experience. The waiting staff would really benefit from some customer service and hospitality training. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Slow does not describe it and the service was the worst we’ve experienced. As we had come along in a family group for a special occasion , it was rather embarrassing as previously we have had good meals and service. It’s put us off ever coming again and we’re local. Such a shame.
