The restaurant is within the Leeds Castle grounds so has captive customers. Although it is good it is expensive Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Christmas meal 2022 with girlfriends at Fairfax Hall, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Paid £75 in advance each for a Bernard Mathews cold & dry Christmas dinner, plz see photo, more stuffing than dry turkey, same standard for starter & dessert…went to dance floor, came back & the waitresses had cleared our table of paid for drinks, went to get coffee, it had ran out, apparently there was meant to be an announcement, certainly was not…brought this to the attention of Zoe customer services only to be accused of clearing the table ourselves ♀️ she suggested refund for bottle of wine only that was cleared, what abt the diabolical food & whole nasty experience?! Would expect full refund, adds insult to injury….bitterly disappointing experience especially as we are regulars to Leeds Castle events, would give zero stars if I could
