I honestly don't understand how every single dish could be better than the one before it. The menu features incredible flavors that fully deserve their two Michelin stars. The attention to detail, the rich sauces, the unique aromas, and the overall variety are just off the charts! A flawless and unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended! What can I say… just an amazing experience. Perfect place to eat fine and delicious food, which you can definitely tell pretty easily the great quality of the products. Attention is always present and the waitress where always attentive for the well-being of their customers during their experience at Castor. Their wine selection was very pleasing as well, and the cocktail I had was pretty balanced. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
