Good causa is the recipe for success of this cafe. It might be good to try delicious coffee. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The fast service is a big advantage of Cat lounge. Prices here are reported to be democratic. The atmosphere of this place is calm. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I visited this cat lounge expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and while the place itself looks nice and the staff are friendly, I left with serious concerns about the safety and well-being of the cats. There appear to be around 45–50 cats cramped into a relatively small space, which is extremely concerning. Many of the cats looked unwell some seemed to have visible skin issues, and overall the environment did not feel clean or properly maintained. One of the most alarming things I witnessed was a Sphynx cat that had no hair, appeared to be extremely cold, and even showed signs of bleeding. This is deeply upsetting and, by any reasonable standard, unacceptable. At the very least, the cat should be provided with protective clothing or a warm, safe, designated bed where it can retreat and stay comfortable. Additionally, there are very few litter boxes (around three for all those cats), and the smell in the place was very strong and unpleasant. I also did not notice adequate resting spaces or beds for the cats. This raises serious questions about the management. Either there is a lack of proper knowledge about animal care, or worse, a disregard for the animals’ well-being in favor of profit. As Muslims, we are taught that kindness and mercy toward animals are part of our faith, and neglecting their care goes against these values. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately. The cats deserve proper care, space, hygiene, and medical attention.

Favorite spot whenenever I need a serotonin boost. I admire that they support and spread the adoption and rescue culture. The cats seem stress-free which is lovely. The employees are very professional and you can tell they love what they do especially Reem, god bless her soul. Visited the place twice, and she'd been a delight in both.
