Very disappointed to arrive at Catch to find it permantly closed we were visiting Harrogate and found it hard to find somewhere else to eat

If I could I would mark everything as ZERO stars. What else can one award to a restaurant that takes a table order, confirms it by email, and then when one turns up ready to dine finds the entire restaurant in darkness and closed, apparently for good or the foreseeable future. Open Table: why allow and accept the booking; why send a confirmation? Why just simply advise that the restaurant is closed? We arrived at the same time as another couple who were equally bewildered.

The food was delicious. I had the prawns with chilli sauce and chips as main course. The prawns were the biggest, juiciest, most delicious I’ve ever had. Very generous portion size.
