Where is happiness? First visit to Catleya, two hours of pleasure. A fair cuisine, new menu and from the start we are in autumn, small cream of mushrooms with port and roasted almonds...succulent. Caramelized black cod and its small salad, subtle flavors. Risotto of scallops and Jerusalem artichokes, very smooth and smooth. Pear in hazelnut crust, crumble and praline, texture, sweet taste of the pear without excess sweetness...all in measure. There is happiness THANKS
