Last Sunday we had lunch here, and I had a bad experience with the service, the pozole was cold, the coffee too, I ordered a $35 water that they claim was 355ml and it wasn't even completely full because the menu omits to tell you and there is a water of 1 liter of 65 so I assumed it was half, the girl, instead of taking the trouble to explain the situation, treated us with disdain and assured that it was full and that it was literally a can, which was a small problem to simply not serving us after that, we had to look for the waiters and it seemed that they avoided the diner, they did not warn us about the extra cost of the tortillas and they even complained about their own service, honestly a shame, because the food itself was not bad but the attention leaves a lot to be desired Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: MX$100–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I have previously gone to several Catrinas branches and all have been excellent except for this one, my visit was around 12 pm last Sunday, May 5, and here is my experience: -The place is large, many tables and waiters, however the atmosphere remains very hot, and from what I see the installed mini-splits (which are normal mini-splits, attached photo) are not enough, since the place is large and I We had to go on a very hot day and time. -We ordered Swiss enchaliladas, roast pork and beef Milanese. The enchiladas had a good flavor, however I can't say the same about the rest of the dishes, the pork roast was too dry, the milanesa had an unpleasant taste, like overcooked meat with too much lemon, the breading fell away from the meat , and the rice tasted strange, and was hard, my conclusion is that these last two dishes were food from previous days and/or reheated, that is why its flavor and texture was not very pleasant (attached photo) -Regarding the service, it was excellent.
