We arrived early before the evening rush and were greeted with a warm welcome. Although the atmosphere was calm, the cigarette and ember burns on the tablecloths.were quite noticeable; such details didn't quite match the high quality of the kitchen. Kitchen & Flavor. While the service was a bit slow and it took some time for the food to arrive, every dish proved to be worth the wait. Appetizers:. We started with *acılı ezme* (spicy tomato dip), *köpoğlu* (fried eggplant with yogurt), and *çiğ köfte*. They were perfectly seasoned—the freshness and balance of flavors were truly impressive. Main Courses:. We ordered the *liver shish (ciğer şiş)*and **beyti* Both plates enchanted us, not just with their taste, but also with their presentation and the craftsmanship involved. The texture of the liver and the preparation of the beyti clearly showcase the culinary expertise of the kitchen. They could certainly improve on service speed and table maintenance; however, if you are looking for a flavor-oriented dinner, you won't be disappointed.
