Visied yesterday for afternoon tea with gift voucher. Very disappointed no selection of sandwiches only one choice, no scones cakes poor quality. Staff seemed borher to serve had to ask twice for glass of water and no one came near to ask if everything satisfactory or wanted more tea. Definitely not worth the money. Will advise family not to purchase a voucher again.

Was here for breakfast yesterday at 11.30am have always rated it the best anywhere, can I please ask if you have changed suppliers as the black pudding was not Stornaway the sausage was a bit greasy the potatoe scone not heated enough and the food overall was not warm enough also the tea not hot. Very disappointed, please change to your previous supplier.
