We went here for the first time for lunch last Friday. First and foremost, the service was fantastic. Very welcoming, kind and extremely response staff. They walked us through the expectations of the restaurant (i.e. we arrived just before 2pm and they closed at 3pm/they let us know when they were packing up the food section), where everything was located and showed us to our seats. They were very attentive, made sure we were enjoying ourselves, checked if we had any issues and let us know about their point system. I also love that they feed their staff too. Always a good sign of a restaurant and the ownership is that the staff will happily eat there too. The bbq was superb. We generally prefer charcoal k-bbq but, the quality of the raw meat makes this a worthy competitor. Lots to choose from in the raw section and it's all separated by categories - lamb/beef/chicken/pork/seafood. Marinated and non-marinated options make a great selection. Even a taco bar for those interested. The hot food section was also a hit. The best rose tteokbokki I've had from a restaurant. Great selections to try i.e. braised beef spare ribs (highly recommend), spicy marinated crab (also very good) are a couple to name. They have fried/fresh/braised and a dessert cabinet. You can even just come in for the hot food (and pay less but, you don't suffer in quality) for a quick lunch. There's even a dessert bar AND a soft serve machine (my partner was very happy to see this). Side note: drinks are refreshing as well. I would recommend the green apple ade & the blue lemonade. Just sweet enough and slightly tangy if you squeeze in the lime wedge they are served with. All in all, probably one of the top "all you can eat" buffets we have been to. First time trying BBQ-K Springvale and it was an amazing experience and the staff are so friendly and helpful with everything you need! Great selection of meats and seafood and all very delicious!
