The service JEMIMA gave us was 5* Knightsbridge, Sloane Square style. She is worth her weight in gold, an absolute asset to any organisation. Knowing she is going to be a neuroscientist too, what an incredible lady. Make sure to visit Cecconi’s and ask for Jemima. Absolute asset. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to the Cecconis in London on numerous occasions and always found the food and service to be fantastic however I was disappointed with the visit, the actual location, view and style of the restaurant is top notch and it feels like a great place to eat. For stater we had the truffle arancini which was fantastic and I thought we were in for a real treat with the main however we both ordered pasta and it was severely undercooked, I’m all for el dente pasta however it was a real struggle to eat, the only thing I could taste was salt and my partners pasta was even worse with the undercooked pasta. We were hoping for some retribution with the desert, the flavour of the tiramisu was sublime however the sponge at the bottom was still frozen. The waiters were very polite and friendly however you could tell they were completely rushed off there feet which resulted in very slow service, the amount of staff needs to double realistically to achieve a service that you should expect at the price you pay for some pasta. I don’t think I would visit again unless changes are to be made. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
