Not sure about their dinner menu, and food quality. But their brunch menu nothing that you ask for they have. Their beers are not updated. All the sweets for brunch unavailable. And no smoked salmon. Needless to say we left!

Went for lunch there was plenty of tables available outside. The service was horrible. No one came to our table and then someone who was acting as the bartender came to our table. I would not return even though the food was OK. The service was terrible. The atmosphere was nice, but you have to have better service in a restaurant like this. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

HeyThereImRay and I have an opinion... Cece's Roland Park was amazing, primarily due in part to my waitress, Mia. She was awesome from the time I sat down, to the moment I was leaving. Personable with a calm spirit, really puts you at ease. Walked me through the evening, night process, as I have done breakfast here before. All suggestions were amazing. I had the burrata sans the prosciutto, as well as the beginning eggplant side and the salmon main dish. Again amazing. Sat outdoors, and the atmosphere was really nice. Buzzing, but not loud.
