At Cecicafe in Corralejo, the freshness of the ingredients is sacred. Each dish reflects the chefs' passion by using only high-quality raw materials. Throughout these years (almost 7 years), I have seen that Cecicafe not only maintains, but constantly improves its quality. Cecilia, thank you for putting so much love into every process and product you have created. Here, culinary excellence is the norm and attention to detail is seen in every pie, sandwich, pizza and cookie. However, what strikes me most is the humanity that permeates this place. The Cecicafe workers, with their smiles, are an example of how daily effort can create an exceptional environment, thank you Vanny, thank you for always being so loving and attentive to each of your clients. Sometimes, in their faces, I perceive the fatigue of those who dedicate themselves completely to their work, but they do it with passion and dedication. It worries me deeply to read negative reviews that attack places like Cecicafe. Often, these criticisms do not understand the essence of such a special place and overlook the fact that criticizing a restaurant establishment harms all the families who depend on those workers who work tirelessly every day. In a world that often lacks empathy, Cecicafe is an oasis of human warmth. It is a place where passion for food and love for work come together to create an unforgettable experience. After more than seven years, it is my second home, and I hope that those who read these words understand its immense value.
