Cedar North Restaurant has been on my radar for a while. Tonight, I finally went. I started with grilled halloumi (cheese) as an appetizer. I wolfed this down. The cheese was squeaky but incredibly flavoursome. It was plated with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, and a brown sauce. After that, I had their Beef Shawarma Classic Sandwich. This was well executed in every way, except that it was messy. For dessert, I bought a little set of baklava (not homemade). This turned out to be really good. This meal was $31. Cedar North is an excellent restaurant. They yield expertise in Lebanese cuisine at an affordable price. The best chicken Shawarma we have ever enjoyed. Everything was very fresh, chicken was moist and the service was excellent and friendly and welcoming.
