Ceferino's SHOULD BE A TYPICAL Tapsilogan place BUT it opens to a MUCH COZIER ambiance paired with their home blend of food. TapSiLog (marinated beef, garlic rice, fried egg) is very well seasoned, you need at least another half extra rice to finish their single serving. Chicken Tocino (sweet marinated chicken) is decently sweet but not overpowering. It tastes like your mom just invented a new favorite dish. The star of the place is its ambiance, open, cozy. It doesn't have that vibe of a standard Filipino karinderya where everyone is eating at a faster pace. It's a perfect blend of a café, eatery, and a bar. Eat. Hangout with friends. Drink a coffee. Drink a cocktail. YOU ARE HOME! There is no dedicated parking space but the road is wide enough around the place. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
