I’m so glad I found this place!! Gluten-free croissants can be so hit or miss, but these were among the very best I’ve tasted Such a wide range of baked goods and grocery items too - it’s so rare to have this much choice when it comes to gluten-free food!

Popped into Celiachiamo Lab Prati twice for gluten free treats. Bakery area has no prices. Mixed bag with the workers (one friendly, other unhelpful). Both spoke English. - Trancio farcito (2,20€ each) - tried a tuna, prosciutto, vegetarian and mushroom potato slice. Good for a snack - Eggplant lasagna (5,00€) - decent. A bit of eggplant, mostly cheese - Pasticcino (0,60€ each) - tried a custard, pistachio, lemon and whipped cream puff. Also a small fruit tart. Delicious - Croissant (2,20€) - Chocolate pastry (2,20€) - dense
