We hosted my wife’s milestone birthday at Celine’s HYO Speakeasy, and it was EXCEPTIONAL. About 40 guests attended, and everyone raved about the party, venue, music, and experience. Huge thanks to the team—Kyle, an incredibly helpful manager; Justin, the welcoming owner; bartenders Emily and Marilyn; and the entire service staff. Their hospitality made the night unforgettable. After considering several venues—distilleries, restaurants, and another well known cocktail bar—Celine stood out for a few key reasons: Ambiance: A beautiful, private speakeasy space (we had the entire second floor for 4 hours). Food & Drinks: Flexible, well-priced options with a custom drink menu, vegetarian choices, and standout dishes. The Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini were crowd favorites, along with the Spicy Rigatoni with Shrimp and Chicken Cheesesteak Eggrolls. Setup: We brought in our own DJ, they customized lighting for us, and had a packed dance floor all night. Execution: Seamless coordination throughout—Kyle handled every detail, and Justin ensured everything came together perfectly. I was initially hesitant since the space was still under construction, but Kyle kept his promise and provided regular updates with photos and videos. He also arranged tastings and accommodated every request with a “let’s make it happen” attitude. It’s a new space, so there’s naturally room to grow—and I’m confident they will. There’s an opportunity to expand the cocktail program and refine the food offerings. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for hosting your event or just a night out. This place definitely worth the hype that you see on social media. The food is really good and so are the drinks. This place definitely was made for the girlies with the perfect picture worthy decor. This place is a fav! The drinks and food were incredible! We tried the ‘I Dream of Lychee’, Classic Espresso Martini and the sweet Céline. No complaints from any member of our party. Travis took such great care of us and made sure that we were happy and laughing. He answered all our questions with a warm and jovial demeanor and had an overall amazing personality.
