I celebrated my two birthdays with my partner in this restaurant, which met all expectations. I ordered Osobuco and my girlfriend ordered Pulpo, accompanied by a bottle of wine and a delicious dessert to finish. It was a unique flavor experience. Too bad they closed. Cellar is a special and unique place in Bucaramanga. The owner always personally made sure we were enjoying ourselves, offering recommendations, and giving us things to try. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Plus, THE FOOD. It's excellent. Delicious fresh truffle pasta and risotto and well-made cocktails. The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful -- perfect for an intimate date night. We've gone back several times. Highly recommended!!!
