If you’re a true coffee lover, Celtic Cup Coffee is your place. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take their craft seriously. They offer a variety of roasting options, which makes it easy to find something that perfectly matches your taste. The coffee itself is incredibly fresh and full of flavor—every sip tastes rich, smooth, and just so satisfying. You can really tell the quality is there, from the beans to the final cup. Whether you’re stopping by for your daily caffeine fix or looking to explore new flavors, this spot won’t disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates truly great coffee.

I was invited here on a coffee date by a fellow fresh coffee lover because they knew the front of house roasting experience would intrigue myself, a home roaster. This spot is truly unsuspecting and easy to miss if you are just walking downtown, but inside you'll step completely out of the concrete jungle and into a cozy, warm world of coffee roasting. Doug is truly knowledgeable and loves what he does: whether you are new to fresh coffee or a fellow roaster looking to comisserate you'll have a wonderful experience. For me, I got my start with fluid bed roasting and their micro-batch, fluid bed operation brought back so many good memories. They have squat roasters so you'll enjoy even roasting that will bring out the coffee as the focus rather than the roast (imo). Their batch brew is good and the flight experience something I'll recommend to anyone new who wants to compare first hand the effects of roast and bean. I'm happy to finally have a small local roaster I'd recommend to those who want to experience what coffee really can offer with such lovely, disarming representatives.

Micro-roaster with a small cafe. Really enjoyed my visit. They use the Curtis Seraphim Brew system for pour overs. Produces a consistent brew. Their batch brew coffee is also really good. They have a nice selection of beans to try. Definitely worth visiting.
