We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the lunch buffet at Shangri-La Colombo, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food selection was beautifully presented and tasty. The ambience was elegant, and the staff were warm and attentive, making the celebration feel extra special. Truly a memorable experience — highly recommended for special occasions! We had a wonderful experience at central cafe in Shangri-La Hotel. The service was truly exceptional, and we would especially like to thank Bumika and Pasan for their outstanding hospitality. They were both incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our visit. They made sure everything was perfect, always checking in with a warm smile and making us feel genuinely welcome. Their level of care and attention to detail really elevated our dining experience. It’s staff members like them who make a place memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back! On the 15th of February, my sister and I visited Central Café to celebrate my birthday. Suddenly my sister requested a cake piece but we didn’t expect that kind of arrangement with a short time period, so it was such a lovely surprise. Mr. Yasas, Mr. Mahesh, and Mr. Gamage were there that night, and they were all very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my birthday celebration at this beautiful place.
