What horrible company Albert was the seller he was very nice getting the money but when my freezer arrived completely broken he threatened me saying that I would never get my money back this is big scam company I would never again buy from them .
I have been a loyal customer of CRP for all my equipment & smallware for years and could not be happier. Super professional in communication and all phases of service (Huge shoutout to Scott!) . Very helpful in questions especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. When an issue arised with a manufacturer, CRP was able to make it right even though it was no fault of their own. Keep up the great work!
I received my BRAND NEW single glass door refrigerator two weeks ago. I immediately too it out of it’s crate and plugged it in. The lights in the door didn’t come on. After searching all over the unit for a switch, I finally gave up and called Central Restaurant Products, THE COMPANY THAT I PURCHASED IT FROM!!!! I was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer. Sooooo I called the number that I was given and after being transferred several times and finally getting disconnected, I gave up and called CRP back. This time I was given an email and was “guaranteed” that someone would call me back. I verified the email address with the gentleman to be sure that I had it right. So I sent the email only to find out that the email address was not correct. So I called back to CRP and spoke to a gentleman who said that he would call the manufacturer for me and assured me someone would call me “in the next few minutes”. Well 24 hours past and no call. So I called again today, talked to the same gentleman who once again told me that he’d call the manufacturer and someone would call me “right back”. I’m still waiting..... UPDATE!!!! I received a call from a representative of the company. The gentleman was very nice and was genuinely concerned about the issue I’d been having. He assured me that he would call me back with a definitive resolution. I believe he will. And I will provide an update when the issue is resolved. Update #2 Ok it took a few days but my problem has been fixed. Don Hogan is a man of his word. After our initial conversation, he continued to call me back each time he said he would until my issue was fixed. What began as a horrible experience ended on a high note!
